Located in Paraparaumu, along Kapiti Road, this 3 storey medium-density housing development features 7 units, ideally situated near the beautiful Paraparaumu Beach.
Originally, the design was strapped and lined masonry walls, with only two of the 7 units reaching 180m². By choosing AFS Logicwall for all intertenancy walls to replace the masonry walls, the architect was able to reduce the wall thickness, creating more efficient use of space. This innovation allowed all units to be expanded to 180m², resulting in a more spacious and premium living experience for the residents.
