The Challenge

The Northview Terraces project, located on a scenic hillside in Queenstown, presented unique challenges. The site required the construction of the basement and retaining walls that could be easily installed directly against the cliff face. With the slow install times that blockwork presented, Form Building & Developments decided to look for a more efficient, innovative, and reliable alternative.

The Blockwork Alternative

The AFS Rediwall system was the ideal choice for the basement walls on this project, offering a cost-effective, faster, and more reliable system. Key advantages included:

Time Efficiency: Brownie Construction, the on-site builders, installed the AFS Rediwall themselves, eliminating the need for extra subtrades, significantly accelerating the project timeline, and saving the client construction time.

The product was supplied directly to Brownie Construction, and the builders installed it using our detailed installation guides and expert advice from our technical team.
