Summerset Karaka

This retirement village in the South Auckland suburb of Karaka consists of 108 apartment units and care beds. As part of a standard design for Summerset, this project used Logicwall for the main structure including intertenancy walls, corridor walls, lift and stair shafts, and external walls.
